Interested in buying a home?  Here are some things to consider!

1. Find a REALTOR®

(essential to the buying process) I'd love it if you chose me!  REALTORS are your advocates when buying a home. I take personal pride in professionalism, ethical and diligent approach to my business. Your biggest financial investment in a lifetime is often your home purchase. As a REALTOR I am constantly continuing my education regarding the local market, changing rules, best practices and how to assist you in protecting that financial investment. Did you know you are entitled to Buyer Representation when buying any home in California, including New Builds? Be sure to speak with me or a a trusted referred REALTOR before you go to Open Houses or register to ‘just browse’ at any model homes to ensure you are properly represented. I am member of the National Association of Realtors® and a leader within the Women's Council of Realtors, as well as Secretary and Founding Member of NHORA the Valley Chapter - Advocates for Housing, here in the North Central Valley.  I'm sure we will find a property that will fit your wishes and budget!

2. Get Pre Approved!

I am more than happy to help you get in touch with some fantastic local lenders who will help and treat you with respect, advise you on your loan options, educate you on debt to income qualifications, credit scores, interest rates and more!

Q.  How long does it take to buy a home?

A.  Once you’ve found the right one, the purchase period (Escrow) can take as few as 15 days or as many as 60 days once a qualified offer has been submitted and accepted. There are lots of terms to consider, and that is one of the things that I, as a professional REALTOR, can consult with you about to help make the right choice when making an offer.
